First I thought it was a typo, but it can't be, there are too many occurrences - looks like Stallman is intentionally referring to FB users as 'useds':

At the end, he wrote "We call them "useds" rather than "users" because Facebook is using them, not vice versa."

I often have multiple really dumb typos in my text when I'm using an unfamiliar keyboard and they're remarkably 'internally consistent'.

This is not a typo, see jdkanani's comment.
