Ask HN: Shifting from startup to MNC, happy or disappointed

We have some job openings at the MNC I work and heard from a senior dev that he just got a resume of a 2 yr experience guy who was CEO of his startup. This made me wonder what if that guy did manage to clear the interview and join an organization, which I want to leave to work at a startup? Has anyone made a similar jump? Were you glad to join the MNC or disappointed by the way a big company works?
