Top VPN Providers 2015

Reviewing VPNs without providing any detail about their privacy policy seems...superficial.

TorrentFreak has a more useful list [1], which is supposed to get updated this month.

The top suggestion on this list was heavily criticized in 2011 for logging the activities of users to the extent that they were instrumental in a court case against a Lulzsec member. If you're using a VPN for torrents, you probably don't want a VPN that is known to maintain user activity logs, and if you're using a VPN to circumvent censorship in a country that might have serious consequences for it, you definitely don't want that. If you just want to get around regional content restrictions online, there are free browser extensions that do that for a lot less hassle.

Also, this smells like blog spam -- the other content on crdlabs.com is mostly "Top N things" lists or tech tips sorts of things, except for the review of privatoria, which is the domain for the majority of Miner_anonym's submissions and #3 on the list of VPNs in this article.

Most websites just put the highest paying affiliate VPN first. So it is refreshing not to see affiliate links. This being said: I miss astrill.

They try to do a good job. Depending on your priorities (chinese FW!) a very good one. The only thing I am lacking for astrill: an app armor profile.

I recently discovered betternet.co, at least it is free on android.

Here is the list which contain 5 top VPN Providers, I think you should look into it too. www.vpnranks.com/5-best-vpn-software/
