Cloudflare's way of blocking malicious clients.
Cloudflare pretending to check you are a legitimate client. I guess it puts their brand across and the delay communicates that they are doing something complicated to achieve that. In reality they pretty much just do setTimeout.
I'm surprised someone has time to play with kids like this much less blog about it. Wish I had that much time.
