Thanks Patrick, I now have a url I can send to anyone who complains that $OSS_PROJECT they depend on isn't supported to the degree they'd like.
Nobody is "the bad guy", but creators and late adopters have very different understandings of what OSS is for, why it exists, and what to expect.
