The Demo Day presentations are not made public because they contain confidential company information.
I imagine that realistically that information remains confidential for the five minutes it takes attendees to email to their inner circles, and it spreads from there.
The further you get from the source, the less credible you get. It's one thing when a buddy of a buddy of a buddy who I trust says something and another when the CEO of the company says it on film.
What are the statistics on investors/partners (usually 2 per firm) that attend demo day? Are most from the Valley?
