Also, it was interesting that the writer of this Confessions series worked as a car salesman and ended up no longer blaming the salespeople for pushy tactics etc., but rather the sales managers and dealership owners. Listen to that podcast and you come away feeling that those people are in basically the same boat, under pressure from the manufacturers.
