Ask HN: Finding Startup Founders in High School?

I'm in high school and looking for a startup founder. Although I have a few friends who are into startups/programming they are doing their own thing and I am helping them out, but I'd prefer to start my own thing.

What is the best way to find programmers/founders in high school? It seems like there are zero people interested in programming/computers at my school.

Edit: for any high school age programmers in Ottawa, my email is in my HN profile.
