Ask HN: Is OneForty.com good for Twitter App devs?

At Squeejee (http://squeejee.com) we've developed a number of twitter apps (TweetSaver, Floxee, TweetCongress, Sherflock) and when I first got wind of oneforty.com it seemed like a grand idea. After reading their publisher contract, which you are REQUIRED to agree to if you want to "claim" your app, I'm not sold on being a part of it. Read the contract here: http://oneforty.com/terms/publisher_contract ... would love to hear thoughts from other twitter app devs.
