How to get more user feeback?

Hi, Do you know any platform that would facilitate the tests on users or get user feedback / advice on a prototype ?

Today we go in the cold streets of Paris and ask one by one the feedbacks : i have the feeling to lose time... I know only one platform that debugs problems (but I forget the name anyway...)

Thanks for your help.
