You only do it when nobody else will do it

I wish you could get some feedback from you on this topic.

A mix of impostor syndrome [1] and trying to be comfortable at your job end up consuming you. For me, side projects helped awake the "hacker" spirit in me, or plainly, child curiosity.

Anybody else in their 30s feel like this?
