Given recent announcements (Apple Watch, Apple Pay), a likely name would be "Apple Music". Would that be permissible under their contract with Apple Records?
Apple Inc. owns the trademark now so they can pretty much do what they want, I'd think.
Would they need to shut the service down to rebrand it?
Beats is a good brand for the headphones. iTunes is much more valuable than Beats Music.
