Ask HN: Any software like the Twitter Translation Center?

Hello HN,

I have a software that each time I have any small change, I need to submit to several translators. This reduces a lot my product iterations. I think this problem happens with a lot of developers.

I made some researches on Google and I didn't find any free (or open source) and reliable solution.

Anyone knows what software Twitter uses for the Translation Center (http://translate.twitter.com)? And if we have a good open source and very used solution?
