SEEKING FREELANCER - Remote or Buenos Aires

I am looking for a web designer for a start up who can implement designs using HTML/CSS and specifically Bootstrap. I'll take care of any client side programming.

I'm looking for a simple, flat design with careful use of color like the digitalocean.com control panel.

Of course your concerns about working for an unfunded start up are justified. I am certainly not an ideal client with a large budget, but I will pay on time.
