SEEKING FREELANCER - Remote

I have an entirely virtual software consultancy with developers on contract around the world. We have quite a bit of work, but not enough great developers. I have had good results from HN before.

Requirements: 1) Rails 2) Any Javascript framework (we use Ember, Angular and Meteor) 3) Testing. OMG. It's so hard to find developers who right integration or unit tests.

How we work: We have Hipchat for the team where we collaborate and help each other out. We have a project manager who does lots of the client interaction and translates bugs/features into granular user stories in Pivotal Tracker.
