It is, at the moment. Our focus is to make it easy to create any kind of rules for triggering emails. There are definitely overlaps with customer.io and intercom.io.

Also, i see that you've been part of IFTTT. We hope to build something more like IFTTT actually, but for processing events. Is it ok if i can ping you offline?
