Ask HN mods: can we get an updated list of auto-killed domains?

I tried to submit the latest post from The Last Psychiatrist, and it was auto-killed. Second time it happens. The most recent list of domains that are verboten here seemed to be https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=499044.

An aside, I get that the author is controversial and that commenters might get into flame wars, but is this enough justification for killing the domain?
