Ask HN: Looking for a Rails apprenticeship.

I first started teaching myself to code two years ago and fell in love with it. I'm obsessed. It's all I do every night and weekend and I'm looking to transition out of my current job in online marketing and work all day coding. I've built a lot of projects (including SaaS projects from start to finish), but I still have so much to learn, and would like to learn from the best. Does anyone have an apprenticeship opportunity available for Ruby on Rails development? I'll even work cheap as a sub-contractor for any freelancers who are willing to mentor.
