Just needs someone to grab a Python Makefile parser (e.g. http://benjamin.smedbergs.us/pymake/), a python KConfig lib (e.g. https://github.com/ulfalizer/Kconfiglib though I guess this isn't really necessary) and write a ninja generator for the kernel build system.

Web dev here. There should be a gulp plugin for that.
