Hacker News Reader

There is a link to a "book-length pdf" at "http://singularity.org/files/CFAI.pdf", but the link shows up as a 404. I am curious about what the "book-length pdf" discusses, but my best efforts at finding it have failed.

Anybody have an alternate link, or more information about where it might be found?

I'm pretty sure it's now http://intelligence.org/files/CFAI.pdf. The organization in question changed its name and domain somewhat recently.
