I'd be a lot more interested in a device that, stock, could switch between Android and iOS. A quick search suggests this may not be hard to accomplish with an Android device (which is really pretty cool if it's true). But Windows 8? I suppose there are people who would want this, but I don't really see the appeal.

For the same reason you see the appeal of an Android and iOS device, other people might see it for Android and WP8.
