Ask HN: Hacker community for Eastern Europe?

Hi,

According to a recent HN poll[1], 262 users said that they are based in Eastern Europe. This is a small number for a geographical region this vast. I was wondering if there is any other online community for hackers and developers based in this region (specifically for Romania and Moldova).

My definition of Eastern Europe is according to UN definition; i.e. Belarus, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Hungary, Moldova, Poland, Romania, Russia, Slovakia, and Ukraine.

Any input would be much appreciated.
