These have been linked and passed around on the internet for a long time. They just ripped them off the Internet. For an ad campaign that is celebrating creativity, it actually has none.

I, who feel as a mathematician inside, find these posters very funny and amusing, and I wish there were more of them to smile at. However, creativity and math skills are not negatively correlated as this ad campaign states.

Indeed, creativity is somewhat necessary for a mathematician (also applicable to programmers to some degree).

"...and not into maths" is editorializing on part of the article. The campaign posters themselves doesn't even mention math.

... so? the ads have something to do with maths, don't they?

The ads shows creativity in a math setting, they don't imply any sort of correlation as the article claims and OP cites.

Either this is an old campaign or ripped from an old image "from the internet". Still great.

Yes, I heard that it's been ripped from old fun-images on the internet and reused for the campaign. That sucks but the idea itself is really cool :)

For me this is funny advertising but I don't know if that's also the case for programmers!?
