Ask HN: Startups, when did you start doing code reviews before pushing?

I'm trying to gauge whether it makes sense to start doing code reviews during the initial part of our startup to avoid dirty code from getting in, OR to hack away to a decent state, and _only_ then start code reviewing anything new.

I'm interested in your experiences.
