As for the third point, do you mean it's easy/common to do business in France without 'Crédit d'impôt recherche', 'JEI', 'Accre' and the likes? Or are you saying that tuition cannot be subsidized in France (formation professionnelle)?
I've looked at Koudetat/The family before. Back then, I thought 'YC-like, without the seeding part', but maybe I didn't get it.
Please note that it's not easy, even for french people, to understand the Koudetat/TheFamilly duality (but it's become easier with this fee-based business model).
