There's a rock with "Unicorn Lair" written on it in front of the unicorn lair, and it took 1600 years to discover it? For that reason, and that reason alone, I don't believe them.

"The discovery of the unicorn lair, associated with legend about King Tongmyong, proves that Pyongyang was a capital city of Ancient Korea as well as Koguryo Kingdom."

Their logic is infallible.

It's North Korea, do you expect any less?

i bet the majority of these fools believe the earth is less than 10,000 years old.

Right.

"Forty-six percent of Americans believe in the creationist view that God created humans in their present form at one time within the last 10,000 years."

WHAT!? NO!

WTF is this on HN?

I know what you're saying, I thought the same thing.

But TBH, its because it is a form of "social engineering" (Better term anyone?). It is completely 1984-esque, total Ministry of Truth shit right there. "WAR IS PEACE. FREEDOM IS SLAVERY. IGNORANCE IS STRENGTH."

Being a form of sociology that we've only read about in books makes it interesting enough to be put on HN.

because it includes "north korea" in it's title.

"The old book 'Sinjungdonggukyojisungnam' (Revised Handbook of Korean Geography) complied in the 16th century wrote that there is a lair west of Pubyok Pavilion in Mt. Kumsu." Revised by the Ministry of Truth?

reddit.com/r/pyongyang has more such gems.

Is that actually run by a representative of the DPRK? It seems that way, but.... it's on reddit.

Nope. Everyone's posting "in character."
