IANAL, but here's my bit of non-legal advice -- DMCA them.
We once nuked a Romanian cloner who copied our app -- our lawyer wrote a DMCA complaint to Google, ShareIt and his hosting company. As a result, the cloner was thrown out of Google, and ShareIt / Element5 blocked all his products (some of them were clones of other authors' apps).
