Here in Denmark it's completely legal to use the US Netflix. I don't know about Norwegian laws, though.
What's not on the list? Youtube.
Netflix is pretty VPN-friendly from my experience, so if you have a US or Canadian one you can still watch what you'd like.
Oooooh - combined with my proxy service's ability to pick what country I'm from, I think I've got some movie catch-up to do.
