Ask HN: Does Olark's support suck?

I basically submitted a bug with the feature that is most important to me. I've tested it pretty redundantly over the past week on different browsers and computers, yet the issue is always happening.

I contacted Olark to see if they can fix it, before I pay them any money, and their response was basically: "tough luck we can't replicate it" (even though I've been replicating it consistently everyday for the past week on different environments).

Is Olark's support known to be terrible? I'm afraid to commit money to a company with such horrible support.

If so, what do you recommend to use instead? I'd love to use Customer.io, but I do not have user data yet. It's just a page with anonymous users with no account/login that I need to be able to reach and chat with.

Suggestions appreciated. Thanks!
