Dart is for sure coming to Android?

A while back I noticed this.... https://api.dartlang.org/docs/channels/stable/latest/dart_io/Platform.html#isAndroid

And then today on Google+ I saw this... https://code.google.com/p/dart/wiki/Android

With Chrome being the default stock browser on Android...I get a strong feeling we'll soon be seeing Android API's ported over to Dart.
