Ask HN: collection of resources for setting up LLC/S-corp?

I'm considering getting off of my butt and setting up a proper corporate structure or two, one for some consulting and the other for some other work finally getting some traction/progress.

Which I am reading through, but given the frequency of the question and this particular state, is there a comprehensive guideline in english?

I'm in the process of working w/ a friend who's involved in such with a larger company to work these things out, but I really want the self help guide documented here and am making my own notes.
