Ask HN: Quick & Easy Forum Set Up Recs?

First time submitting, Hopefully I don't get shunned here, I am more than likely the least tech savy person in here but I am working every single day and night to learn everything I can.

-I simply want to find an easy way to set up and manage a forum that anyone can post on (with a membership)

-I am no where close to knowing how to write this myself to I need a quick easy way to get a forum up within the next 3 hours.

-Anyone have suggestions of plug ins or embedded versions?

The opportunity is a hashtag that has been growing rapidly at my University (FSU) Tomorrow there is going to be nationwide news story about my school and this hashtag has the potential to trend for a long time tomorrow and any time up until the National Championship game on January 6th.

(Jameis Winston case - it's dropped if anyone was wondering)

Thrilled to be able to read and learn from each and every one of you on a daily basis. Thanks to anyone in offers tips!
