Looking for a co-founder

Hi all,

I am currently looking for a UI designer to join me as a co founder. I am currently working on getting my small business CRM tool off the ground and I have coded up most of the server side (its using RoR) pieces of the mvp. But I need someone to do the front end of it. The ideal person would be someone who wants to break into the startup scene (just like me!), lives in new england and is proficient in html5, css, bootstrap/watch, responsive design etc. If interested, shoot me an email.
