Ask HN: payment gateways/providers that don't require a bank account?

I'm a month away from setting up a bank account (in the US), but would still like to accept payments.

or perhaps the real reason is i'd like to validate our 3 week old product with sales before even setting up the bank account.

apart from paypal, what are my best options, or the ones that are ruled out?
