Ask HN: Web Game featured here a while ago to Evade Taxes

There was a web game that made it to the HN frontpage a couple of months ago, where you had to set up companies and try to get as much clean profit by (ab)using international tax treaties.

For the life of me, I can no longer find it. Is anyone here able to help me out?
