Neat & Simple Resume Template

This was apparent when I was in high school, even: the kid that did best in our CS class had the best eye candy (and he went to Stanford and now works at Facebook I think).
So I'm going to bookmark all of these eye-catching websites on HN and study them. Not only should my startup be something that people want, but also something that makes them enjoy simply looking at it. Good-looking websites draw attention. Useful websites retain and help build a user base.

I've also been going back to these guys a lot lately: http://metalabdesign.com/ (Some of their work has been on HN lately)
"Hyper usable" made me smile :)
Even things like gmail, twitter and webapps like basecamp can be visually pleasing but keep that needed minimal look.
Ideally, I would like to store my resume in some sort of presentation agnostic 'schema' which I could then compile into HTML, plain-text, and PDF with one click. Does anyone know of any tool that does something like this?
I'm almost thinking of XML/XSLT except for the fact that XSLT is the devil's language (and I don't know a good way to use it to generate a pretty PDF).

Maybe my resume is written incorrectly now but,a s it stands, a lot of presentation is mixed with the content. That would make it ugly to do things like have only the HTML version include logos of employers or having the plaintext use a completely different formatting.
Honestly, though, I don't change my resume enough for something like this to be worth the time-input for me. I'm probably going to just live with having two versions to build/update.
If you're thinking of sending this to other people, just send them the link and highlight it in someway to attract their attention.
At least link to the companies you previously worked for!
Personally, I like the look of http://stefano.italians.nl/archives/5.
