Free Github competitor RhodeCode adds Git pull req. & military-grade security

This is weird:

:: Light Grey on Lighter Grey navbar is so faint that I barely noticed it was there

:: The software is identified as an "fully open source", but the actual license is a hybrid license (some GPLv3 and some under a proprietary "Business Source" license that, while it has source available and may allow modifications -- that's unclear, as it both explicitly allows modifications ("Prior to the Change Date, you have the non-exclusive, worldwide rights under this License to copy, modify, display, use, and redistribute the Code") but also explicitly prohibits the creating the product of modification ("The Code is not used for the creation of derivates [sic] or collective work") -- but restricts use so that code used under the license can only have 20 users; it only becomes open source on 1 September 2017 (the proprietary parts become GPLv2 or later) [1].
