Ask HN: How can I overcome ennui?

I'm usually a very passionate person, but seems like I've lost that for the past couple weeks. Do you tend to have bouts of boredom like this? Don't feel like working, don't feel like playing, and I'm uncomfortable doing nothing.

It doesn't seems like a chronic syndrome. Just a particularly terrible bout.
