(I work on peerCDN). Thanks for the question. Right now, it's not anonymous but we're working on adding anonymity by relaying traffic through intermediate peers (like Tor).

This was my concern with the system too.

I might be willing to give up some bandwidth if its opt-in, and is a trade for ads, but that is only if its a 100% anonymous p2p system.
