Ask HN: Visually highlight the new comments since my last visit ?

Sometimes, I read a whole page a comments (+30) and when I come back later and refresh the page, the number of comments has increased.

Is there a quick way to visually highlight the new comments that came up after my last visit to the post page ?

Example: Let's say I visit a thread at 12:03PM. If I come back later, the comments that were made after 12:03PM are light green.

That way, I can quickly read the new ones without reading again what I have read already.

Thanks.
