Ask HN: Sole proprietorship vs LLC

I started a SAAS business, which finally is drawing in some revenue, and I am deciding in between a sole proprietorship or an llc.

For my product line, I don't really plan on grabbing any outside investment and am a solo founder at the moment.

Any advice on things to think about, and where to do it? I searched this topic on prior hn threads, and got more results based on llc vs c-corp vs s-corp.
