AOL boss fires worker in front of 1,000

Well the positive part is that the CEO knew the employee's name. The negative is, well, obvious.

Thing is, the boss is seen as the asshole. Any attempt by the guy to sue for his job / lost earnings is likely to colour him negatively - taking it like a big boy (tweeting no comment from the bar) will probably make him more employable than not.

But still - in front of a 1,000 people!
