I *think* Yahoos European Generate New Password page, is not working

Can someone confirm this please? I am unable to create a "strong" enough password for my own account - I believe there maybe a bug in their "strength" checking mechanism. ( Ofcourse it could be me - but I highly doubt it - I have spent 20 minutes trying any combination of random characters in the world. )
