Who's willing to optimize the front-end our 1M pageviews/day website?

Our average DOM processing time doubled in the past year. At least 50% of DOM processing time could be shaved off by optimizing CSS.

We are doing all this wrong, and would like to fix it: http://www.slideshare.net/nzakas/enough-withthejavascriptalready

We're a casual gaming start-up from Amsterdam looking for an experienced front-end developer who can help us solve this as a project. Refer us to the right guy/girl, and we'll pay you a $250 finders fee.
