Perhaps that any attempt to subvert snooping by the government will simply be made illegal?
Perhaps the silicon valley capital will see the scale of the opportunity and fund euro companies that can live outside the U.S regulatory domain.

Was just suggesting investors might use that lens...if that's the route a startup takes.
Also, it remains to be seen whether people care enough about this to vote with their wallets.
