The article says he was arrested for having a firearm along with schedule I&II drugs, which is a big no-no (Please, save your opinions about the legality of the drug war for another topic). Unfortunately, it goes into no further detail about whether he was in possession of them while making the video, or if they were at his house, etc.

This submission's headline completely ignores that aspect of the story, sensationalizing it to make it seem like the video by itself was enough for a police raid.
