I think your github oauth request is a bit broad:

    The app Upboat will be able to:

    * Read your public information.
    * Read your private email addresses.
    * Update your public and private repositories (Commits, Issues, etc).

I'd like to register myself as a dev, but I'm not going to agree to those terms. No offense, but you need to do a lot more to justify why you want write access to my github account.
