Ask HN: Feedback on chocolate video

A while back I posted on ideas on how to help my friend's chocolate start-up, and some suggested she post a video.

I recently edited a video of her chocolate making process and wondered if I could get any feedback from the hn group. Her chocolate is special because it is bean to bar with any cocoa butter.

The chocolate start-up is http://www.chocovivo.com

Apologies on the video quality as the original camera wasn't that good.
