Ask HN: A site for introduction to technology guides?

Does anyone here on HN know if there is a dedicated site for e-books on introduction to particular technologies?

I'm writing an e-book on the basics of the Amazon Cloud for people who don't know anything about it so they don't go through the same pain points I did. But I'm curious where I might publish it?

Or another idea is maybe spinning up a site for intro tech guides?
