Ask HN, Where's a good place to spend my training budget?

My employer has provided me with a several thousand dollar training budget as well as up to a week's worth of time plus travel expenses. I can use it for any kind of programming training but I'm particularly partial to technologies at least somewhat related to web development. Any suggestions?
